Well, I haven't been doing much on dA lately. I am busy with work and I am pregnant with my 2nd son and due May 8th. I am tired!!! I removed all my watches and now I am redoing them. I was just getting too many deviations a day and a lot of it I wasn't really even looking at, so I am starting over.

I started adding MySpace contact tables with code on my website. I just felt like it. Ha.

1) I dip my french fries in my milkshake and eat them, which disgusts most people watching.

2) For some strange reason, I believe it is bad luck to have toilet paper rolls set in the dispenser so that the paper comes out from under, and will switch it around so that the paper rolls out from the top (over.)

3) Sometimes when I am bored I like to stare at people in other cars and/or pedestrians when I am driving, just to see if they will feel me staring at them, and turn around and look at me.

4) When people in stores ask me how I am, instead of answering I avoid the question by just saying hi to them, because I figure they don't really care how I am and have to ask that as a greeting as part of their job. I especially do this at supermarket checkout lines.

5) I love to sing, but not in front of people, even though I have been told my voice is in tune. I never sing happy birthday at birthday parties, not even as a child. I will sing in front of my pets, though. LOL.

6) I can't stand the actor Owen Wilson, because looking at his nose pisses me off. I was happy when his head got knocked off his body in the movie The Haunting.

Photoshop Brushes

Well, my latest obsession is making brushes. I am a lot more comfortable with Paintshop Pro, simply because I have been using it for a couple of years. I still find Photoshop CS to be awkward and uncomfortable. I am not used to the commands and tools yet. Anyway, I am going to try to get better at Photoshop Brushes.

Now I am using PSP 9 and Photoshop together, switching back and forth between them to make brushes in both formats. I find it much easier to clean images up in PSP 9, then save in PSD format to create the brush in Photoshop.

I have started making brushes, but I can't seem to get them into a format in which others can download them. Stupid jbr files!

We've got a new family member!

My half sister is dying, but on the other end of the spectrum, my husband's brother and his wife had their baby at 1:27 AM on June 21st! His name is Aidan Lucas Colan, and he was 5 lbs 14 oz and 19 and 1/4 " long. He is 2 and a half months younger than my son. I went to see him in the hospital today. He's so little! He almost looks like a little doll! I am so happy that he and my son will have each other to play with, as they only live about 10 minutes away from us.

Worst news a person can get...

I talked to my birth mom on Saturday after we had not spoken for many months. She called my cell but didn't leave a message. So I called her back. She told me that my youngest half sister, Stacey, who just turned 14 last December, is sick in the hospital.

She has been diagnosed with liver cancer, and has a growth behind her neck and another behind her aorta. She is in a lot of pain.

I am going to go visit her tomorrow after work. My Mom hasn't left the hospital since my sister was admitted. They found out she had cancer a week before this past weekend.

I hate working!

I got in trouble at work for goofing off on the internet too much. The manager told me that the internet is basically off limits and that eventually they are going to make the internet inaccessable to everyone except for the pages they think we need. I work for a paging company, and I am bored and depressed with my job. People have been grumpy assholes and I am sick of it. The manager talks to me and my coworker like he thinks we are stupid.

It's going to be so boring now that I am not supposed to go online! Pagers are freaking boring! Talking to customers is boring.

Well, the boys were simply amazing. I really enjoyed Omar and Cedric's crazy dancing. Cedric was so adorable... he was so pumped up he started dancing before they even started playing the music!

Now, let me tell you why I am a mean person. My husband and I were sitting at the very top, so no one was behind us. The seats are concrete and are on a steep incline.

There were some young drunk kids in the row in front of us who were soooo freaking annoying. They were sloppy drunk, yelling so loud I couldn't hear the music, and they kept moving so that they were blocking my view. I would move to where I could see, and they would get in front of me again! Ugh! They were the only ones in our area acting like that. They were pissing everyone off around them. They also kept calling people on their stupid camera phones, yelling into the phone so I couldn't hear the music. It's one thing to be noisy and dancing around and yelling if you are on the floor or around other people that are doing the same thing, but where we were, everyone was quiet and sitting, trying to enjoy the show. They made it nearly impossible to enjoy it, because they were so distracting.

So finally I lost my temper, and when they were being really loud and obnoxious, I kicked over one of their beers they had sitting by my feet, so that it spilled all over where they were, and splattered the row in front of them, getting those people pissed off at them. At first they thought they had knocked it over while dancing like retards, but then I guess they figured out that it wasn't an accident, because from then on they didn't leave any beer by my feet and tightly clutched any bottles they were not drinking. MUHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I was fantasizing about throwing them down the stairs. It would have been easy, since most of them were 90 lb scrawny emo boys hanging all over each other. They were afraid to make eye contact once I kicked the beer over. We would have moved, but there wasn't really anywhere else to go where we could sit. Even their own friends were annoyed with them. One on the edge of the ruckus saw me kick the beer, and he was laughing and said that he saw me, and "good one!"

My profile settings aren't showing... very annoying! I can't change or add anything. The same thing happens when I try to order a print of Bullsik's Marilyn Manson painting. It says to choose a format and frame, but there is no box to select any. It's like part of the menus are not loading.

I am sooooo bored here at work. I don't feel like doing any work. I am tired of sitting at my desk. My butt is tired of being in this chair. It aches.

Photoshop CS arrived yesterday. I have not spent much time with it yet... only enough time to know it will take some getting used to and a lot of tutorial reading. A few of the controls are like Jasc PSP, but there is a lot that I have no clue on how to use.

Ugh, I am soooo sleepy and I can't stop yawning. I am bored at work and trying to be sneaky and make avatars. LOL

I ordered Adobe Photoshop CS the other day. It is supposed to arrive Friday. I also ordered a Wacom tablet. I am anxious to try out some photo manipulation.

Last night I tried to make an animation of Chris Pontius and Steve-O in Alaska 2, season 1, when they are dancing in front of an artic fox's den in their white fur g-strings. I couldn't get it to come out like I wanted, though, because the camera pans in and makes it difficult to align frames for an avatar.

Well, yesterday morning I made the shocking discovery that around 6 am each morning, my son magically transforms into Godzilla! He will be 2 months old on June 3rd. Around 6 something in the morning, right before my alarm goes off, he wakes up and makes funny growly squealy noises that remind me of the old Godzilla movies. It cracks me up. When he turns into Godzilla, he isn't crying. He's just telling me he's ready to get up and eat, I guess. I also started calling him Tyrannosaurus-David and Davidzilla. He was crying after I changed his diaper yesterday morning while my husband and I were trying to get ready to go to work, so I walked around in front of him imitating a T-rex's tiny waving arms, and he thought that was pretty funny. It's amazing how fast babies develop and grow! Just in this last week he started smiling on purpose. Before that he did it only in his sleep.
